Why is there explicit language inside a community that teaches children?

It is necessary to teach them how to express themselves freely to better prepare them to protect themselves against terrorists they may come in contact with. Many children never tell about horrible things that happen to them and don't know how to fight back to escape from a terrorist, and we arm your child with that very knowledge. Although we try our best to keep the explicit language down to a minimum, we still like to warn all parents and teachers that it does exist inside our community.

Does my child retain all the rights to their work?

Legally, you will be retaining the rights, and we are the publishers.

When and how will my child be paid?

Children are not allowed to receive payments for work until the age of 16 in most cases, so mom or dad will need to have a paypal account. Payments are as follows: 70% of all final sales through paypal and payments will be released after your account accumulated $20. If you would like to have funds dispersed before then, contact us to make special arrangements for you.

If my child’s lesson is chosen to be licensed in the music format, how much will be paid for their work?

It depends on many factors, but we charge 30% of the licensing fees.

How do I obtain a parental consent form to allow my child to participate?

Is this a real school?

This is a training center that is patent pending to help your child learn how to teach TESOL

Is this program nationally accredited?

No. There is no regulation at this time that requires a TESOL certification training center to be accredited, however; we are in the process of seeking accreditation.

How many credited hours will my child receive for this training?

70 hours if TESOL taken by itself, 70 hours plus 200 extra hours if TESOL and Driver’s Safety taken together and 70 hours plus 281 if TESOL, Driver’s Safety and Motivational Speaking is taken.

Why doesn’t the number of hours my child is required to participate in this program match the number of attained hours for certification?

This is a train-the-trainer program that takes children step by step in the process of learning the English language as well as learning to teach it. We teach using our own curriculum Learn Naked™ which mandates that we teach at a slower rate than normal.

How old does my child need to be to join?

That is entirely up to you. Of course the younger they are, the more guidance from mom and dad is required for them to hear the lessons, but we welcome all children.

What are the start dates of this program?

This program is self-paced.

How much does the program cost?

At this time, there is no cost. We are committed to helping put an end to terrorist activity and stopping our children left behind…..the missing children that get kidnapped from inside and outside of their homes. We do however reserve the right to charge a fee at a later time if it is necessary.

Special Note- Music productions accepted as lesson plans as well!!!! Just have your child record their production to be heard and upload their work in sheet music format. While uploading their work, ensure it is marked as sheet music in the “Credits” box provided.

What are the requirements to be certified?

TESOL

330 Lesson Plans Written 75% are required to be shared in the community
28 Motivational Speaking Engagements
1 hour per week logged within the community
Proof of graduation from high school (or its equivalent)

TESOL, Driver's Safety

360 Lesson Plans Written 75% are required to be shared in the community
30 Motivational Speaking Engagements
1 hour per week logged within the community
Proof of graduation from high school (or its equivalent)

TESOL, Driver's Safety, Motivational Speaking

450 Lesson Plans Written 75% are required to be shared in the community
45 Motivational Speaking Engagements
1 hour per week logged within the community
Proof of graduation from high school (or its equivalent)

Why don’t you mail our child’s certification(s) until proof of graduation is provided to you?

We promote education, and in an effort to help put an end to students dropping out of high school, we require proof of their graduation (regardless of which country they live in).

Teachers

May I use these lessons to teach my class at a public and or private school?

Yes. As long as you credit the trainee as the author and Backwards Compatible Entertainment, LLC as the publisher

May I use the complimentary music versions of the lessons to teach my class at a public school or private school??

Not without permission first. If you are interested in licensing the music version please contact us so that we may make special arrangements for you.

May I join the community as well?

Yes. We would love to have you as a member.

Volunteers

Do you only promote the trainees as motivational speakers?

No. We value your time and efforts, and would love to promote you as well for free

Do I retain my rights?

Yes. You retain all copyrights, and we are your publishers

70% for all printed materials as well as lessons used in the music format. The amount of payout for the music format will vary.
